1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the v baji platform and all services included within it. By accessing the v baji website, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have legally and bindingly agreed to these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. v baji reserves the right to change or amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms take effect as soon as they are published on the website, and continued use of the service will be taken as your acceptance of the amended Terms.

2 Account Registration

To create an account on v baji, the user must provide accurate and complete information. If the information provided at registration is found to be false, incomplete, or misleading, v baji reserves the right to cancel that account.

2.1 One Account Per Person

Each person may operate only one account. If a single person is found to have multiple accounts, all accounts will be cancelled and the funds held in them may be forfeited. This policy also applies to multiple accounts operated from the same household or the same device.

2.2 Account Verification

v baji may at any time request identity documents, proof of address, or other documents from the user to complete the identity verification (KYC) process. If the requested documents are not provided within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

2.3 Account Security

The user is fully responsible for keeping their account password and login details confidential. Any unauthorised use of the account must be reported to v baji immediately. v baji will not be liable for any loss caused by third-party use of the account.

3 Age Limit and Eligibility

All casino and betting services on v baji are for persons aged 21 or above only. Even if age cannot be verified at registration, proof may be requested at any time. If a user is identified as underage, the account will be closed immediately and the process to return deposited funds will begin.

The user confirms that, under the laws of their place of residence, they have the legal right to use online gaming services. Using the service from a location where it is prohibited or restricted is a violation of these Terms.

To keep minors away from accounts, v baji follows a responsible gaming policy and advises parents to use parental controls.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

v baji offers various bonuses and promotional offers, which are governed by separate terms and conditions. Each offer has specific wagering requirements, an expiry period, and other conditions.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. To withdraw the bonus amount, the user must wager 25 times the bonus amount. For example: on a ৳1,000 deposit, a ৳1,500 bonus is received, giving a total balance of ৳2,500, and the wagering requirement to unlock the bonus is ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500.

4.2 General Bonus Usage Policy

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only after the specified wagering requirements have been met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless the terms of a specific offer state otherwise.
• If a bonus has a set expiry period, the bonus will be cancelled if wagering is not completed within that period.
• If there is evidence of manipulation or strategic betting intended to exploit bonus offers, v baji reserves the right to withdraw the bonus and close the account.

4.3 VIP and Cashback

v baji operates three VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Cashback is given at each tier based on weekly net losses — up to 0.5% at Bronze, up to 1.0% at Silver, and up to 1.5% at Gold. Cashback is calculated solely on the net loss for that week.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on v baji are completed through designated payment methods. bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer can be used for deposits and withdrawals.

5.1 Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100, for all methods.
• Only deposits from a payment account registered in the user's own name are accepted.
• Deposits made from a third-party account will be returned and the associated v baji account will come under review.

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Processing a withdrawal request generally takes 5 to 30 minutes.
• The account from which the withdrawal is requested and the receiving payment account must be in the same person's name.
• Large withdrawals may be held if identity verification has not been completed.
• If a bonus wagering requirement has not been met, the associated bonus may be cancelled before the withdrawal process begins.

5.3 Suspicious Activity in Transactions

If a transaction appears suspicious or poses a money laundering risk, v baji reserves the right to suspend that transaction and carry out additional verification. The relevant authorities may be notified if necessary.

6 Gaming Rules

All games available on v baji are operated by third-party software providers. Each game has its own rules and payout structure, which are displayed within the game interface.

6.1 Betting Limits

Each game or betting market has set minimum and maximum bet limits. v baji reserves the right to change these limits at any time. In special circumstances, bet limits may be set separately for specific accounts.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a game is left incomplete due to server issues, disconnection, or software errors, v baji reserves the right to make the final decision on the outcome of that game. If an abnormal win is achieved by exploiting a system error, that amount may be cancelled.

6.3 Sports Betting

Odds offered in sports betting markets are subject to change. Payouts will be calculated based on the odds displayed at the time the bet was confirmed. If a match is cancelled or not completed within the scheduled time, the bet will be settled according to v baji's own rules.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the v baji platform:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonus or promotional benefits.
• Operating an account using another person's identity.
• Misusing bonus funds or employing strategies to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Using software or any automated method to operate an account.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.
• Misconduct or intimidation towards v baji staff.

If any of the above violations are proven, the account will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited.

8 Account Closure and Restrictions

A user may voluntarily close their own account. To do so, they must contact the support team via live chat or email.

8.1 Account Closure by v baji

v baji may restrict or close any account without prior notice for breach of terms, fraud, or any other serious reason. The balance of an account closed for legitimate reasons will be returned after review.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Users experiencing problems with gambling may apply to have their account closed for a set period or permanently. v baji respects this request and does not reactivate the account before the specified period has ended. For more details, see the responsible gaming page.

9 Limitation of Liability

The v baji platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. While efforts are made to ensure uninterrupted service, temporary disruptions may occur due to technical issues, maintenance, or other reasons.

v baji will not be liable for:

• Interruptions to the gaming experience caused by internet connection or device issues.
• Errors or changes in third-party game provider software.
• Account information being compromised due to the user's own negligence.
• Indirect or consequential losses, missed opportunities, or loss of income.

10 Changes and Amendments
